The ITILv3 Foundation Level focuses on knowledge and comprehension to provide a good grounding in the key concept, terminology and processes of ITIL. This is a 9-hour course that will prepareparticipants for the certified ITILv3 Foundation exam, which is an integral part of the course curriculum.
